May I just say that every designer had exquisite designs and signature styles that have never been done before.
It’s going to be more than difficult to round up an entire week of gorgeous fashion shows onto my amateur blog. However, I’ve done a lot of inspecting, watching and observing. If it looks incredible from my iPhone screen then I can’t imagine how it all looks in person. I’m taking photos from each brand’s website to show you my top three favorite looks from each collection.
On Sunday, Atelier Versace kicked off the week with a bang. Donatella’s vibrant and strong personality reflected just that in her designs. The overall collection was sexy and bold. It did not hold back on colors and paneled cuts. The color block trend made a huge appearance in the show. The colors ranged from sultry blue to bright red and even yellow.

On Monday, I was struck by the elegant designs by Christion Dior and Giambattista Vali. These two collections were stunning.
Dior built an incredible set at the Musée Rodin that looked futuristic with tall mirror panels and curved rows for seating. I loved how each design had an intricate embellishment unique to each look. I absolutely love the mix and match of different textures and patterns. If you look closely at some of the outfits you can see intricate details; one of my favorites was tulle with embellished bees on it, how chic! I love the black heels with the ribbon ties on the ankles. Below are my 3 favorite looks from the collection.

Giambattista Valli posted an incredible photo of a red tulle dress that was absolutely breathtaking that I fell even more in love with him. I knew just from their first photo of their collection that the show was going to be amazing. The amount of tulle used is unreal! The collection featured different colors of tulle in variations of layers as well as embellishments with color on clean cut designs. The collection as a whole was bright and vibrant. Valli’s designs look like they were influenced by beautiful gardens.

Of course it’s not Couture Fashion Week if there isn’t a beautiful Chanel show with designs by Karl Lagerfeld to amaze us. Once again Lagerfeld brings modern fashion to Chanel’s classic cuts and styles. The minimalistic design of the set allowed its guest to really focus on the intricate details of each silhouette. I love the modern take on the Chanel shoes with its thick platform and touch of color. Very few styles featured lots of color. It was mainly off white cream with gold embellishments. If you’ve seen any of Chanel’s design videos, you know that every look took lots of talent and time to create its details!
